Each glass will be setup by hand with attention to placement and the font for sizing to create a beautiful keepsake for you. High resolution engraving is achieved by using a very slow speed and increasing the dots per inch. This significantly reduces the number of glasses we engrave every day but we are so happy with the high quality we achieve, we wouldn't have it any other way. This is the same setting we use for engraving fine crystal because every custom order we fill is destined to become a memorable gift. Our wooden charms are each cut in our shop and individually hand sanded, then finished on drying tables with clear coat to preserve the wood before we hand wire wrap each piece.
