Report of mistakes or missing packages must be report within 30 days of purchase.

As purveyors of customized items, we do not accept returns, but we will promptly send a replacement if there is an error in your order.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to resolve, which may include a request for a picture of the item(s) shipped from your order.
