Made of solid 1/8th inch cherry wood, hand sanded and finished with clear coat. Smells good and safe for little noses. We do not use plywood that contains chemicals or glues, only solid cherry wood finished with a light clear coat to seal the wood and retain the natural beauty of the wood grains. Individually made, hand sanded, and finished in our family owned and operated studio in Northern California.
